Justiça mantém prisão de bandido que estuprou e matou enteada de 3 anos

A Justiça de Mato Grosso converteu a prisão em flagrante em preventiva e manteve a prisão de Wanderson Cândido da Silva, acusado de estuprar e matar a própria enteada de 3 anos, em Primavera do Leste. A decisão foi poferida na segunda-feiram 04 de maio, pelo juíz plantonista Fernando Kendi Ishikawa, durante audiência de custódia.

Wanderson foi preso em flagrante na madrugada de domingo, 03 de maio, após a vítima dar entrada numa Unidade de Pronto Atendimento (UPA) do bairro Primavera III, já sem vida. A menor apresentava ferimentos pelo corpo e fissura anal.

A menina estava aos cuidados do padrasto quando o crime aconteceu. A mãe dela, segundo as investigações, estava trabalhando. Wanderson tinha deixado a prisão há pouco mais de dois meses. Ele tem passagens pelo crime de tráfico.

Durante audiência de custódia, o magistrado acatou um pedido da Polícia Civil e converteu o flagrante em preventiva. Com isso, ele será encaminhado para uma unidade prisional da região.
