I recently ordered the customers a new installation CD, expecting a full installation CD for Windows 7 and receive. The first file is the same as I’ve downloaded several times on your website and many, tried several times to install. I spent a lot of time on the phone with ‘Technical Support’ telephone number and just got a huge evasive. The best suggestion they could offer was that I should ‘upgrade’ my printer! I know the printer is old, and I know that the printer itself is not supported.
