It contains the 64bit x64 and 32bit x86 versions of the drivers for the Xbox Wireless Receiver product. As far as I know there is no need for these drivers if you use a wired controller.

Note: Xbox one, series x, and later version controllers can be connected via USB and Windows 10 will automatically set it up for you. Yes, they work with 3rd party receivers but you need to do it a little bit differently than just with an official one. Look for tutorials online.
